Unimpressed never again client

I have ordered Flowers to be delivered to my wife on Monday at her office and spent close to R700. It is now day 3 and flowers are still not delivered, when i enquire I get the same response from everyone and sorry we cant guarantee the time etc, I understand, but 3 days later still nothing. On their website it states satisfaction guaranteed.

Consider me not impressed, i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as this is not the first time I struggle to get stuff delivered.
