Unhelpful, rude - BAD SERVICE

I placed an order on the 4th for delivery today (13/02/2015) they have a track order on their website, I accessed it it it reflected order been processed and this is at 11:30, called them, spect 30min holding on, only to be told it is out for delivery, at 14:20 i tried calling again, was put on hold once again and then rudely cut off with no satisfaction or any answers, this was a delivery to a school which delivery was requested early. Very annoyed & ****ed off, VERY BAD SERVICE!!
