Unhelpful

<p>Despite giving clear instructions on where to deliver, like the name of the recipient, address, building name, and when, AND EVEN AFTER BOOKING IN ADVANCE, the package got delivered late and to the wrong person. </p> <p>I paid through the neck for a liliputian teddybear, tiny sample of a chocolate, hoping that the surprise effect would at least make this worthwhile. </p> <p>But no. In addition to NOT performing to expectations, the muppets completely @#$@#$ the experience by informing the recipient of the surprise delivery. </p> <p>Instead NetFlorist showed that they have the same common sense/intelligence as the stuff the miniature teddybear has in it's head.</p>
