Unhappy with Netflorist

I ordered birthday flowers and A hamper for delivery in PE both orders to be delivered on the 6th of Sept.

1st flowers are delivered without the message, the hamper my only delivery on the 12th of Sept. No comment was made to me to inform me of the delay.

So now the person receiving the hamper days after their actual birthday.

Very disappointed.
