unhappy with my delivery ***

Absolutely disgusted with the service I've received from Netflorist. I ordered roses and sprays in clear flair vase and I ordered the medium size that rounded of to about R800 and some change with delivery, I received the worst looking dying bunch of flowers that were more than half of the size of the arrangement I ordered with the roses being half dead. I sent Netflorist an email to complain on the 28th of January 2021 the day the flowers arrived and I have yet to receive a response. Terrible service and will never order from them again.
