UNHAPPY!!!

Hi,

Unfortunately you have lost a Netflorist customer forever! I frequently purchase my holiday and special dates gifts from Netflorist but sadly I will need to find a new place to shop at!

I am not one to complain alot but this has now happened TWICE and I'm simply disappointed!

Christmas I purchased Happy Socks- specifically Christmasy coloured ones. You sent ones completely different and quite frankly totally ugly and not something I would ever order. I left it because I figured - its Christmas, you're busy etc etc.

Monday I order Happy Socks again for my boyfriend to give to him on Valentine's and chose ones specifically to his taste Here's my order: image.png

But yet somehow, what is delivered is something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and exactly what I got in December AGAIN! Nasty old man looking happy socks!

And its not like these things are cheap either!!!

Very very unhappy about this!!
