Unhappy Customer with Netflorist

I ordered Flowers for my wife on friday at about 7 oclock in the morning, and on my Email i requested the delivery to be before 2 as my wife was knocking off Early, but she knocked off at about 4 on friday and the Delivery was still not made, i called and asked for the flowers to be Re Delivered on Monday morning as the driver was not there when i fetched my Wife, So the Flowers were delivered On Monday Morning at 9:15 now i thought Netflorist dealt with fresh flowers, considering the Amount we pay, i get to my wife s work and find the flowers that were delivered are dry and also some flowers are Dead, i call and im told the roses i ordered will be up and fresh after 4 days, Like really Now, I am Not Happy with this Service
