Unhappy customer

I just bought flowers on 15 /01/2026 to be delivered on 16/01/2026 but up on delivery the flowers were so old to a point that they looked like they were wilting and colour was starting to fade and I have used Netflorist before but this time I was realy not impressed neither was the recipient.
