Unhappy client

I placed an order for a congratulatory bucket at 8:17 to be delivered to my brother, the items have not been delivered and each time i track my order it only shows the second step. How long does an item stay in production stage for and also why do you accept orders you are able to deliver on the same day!! This is by far the worst service i have received from Netflorist. Am never ordering else from them!! This is unacceptable
