Unhappy client.

This is the first time I use the Netflorist service. I placed an order for flowers for delivery yesterday the 19th June 2018. However the delivery could not be delivered on time. The lady by the name Sibongile contacted me to apologize and assured me that the delivery will be a priority for this morning, I quote ' the delivery will be prioritized for delivery before 12.' Now I just called and the delivery is still not out. Order number ********** 44

If this is the Netflorist customer care I am sorry I will never use the service again.
