UNHAPPY CLIENT!!

Very disgusted in the service from Net florist. I ordered beautiful red roses for a dear friend of mine, close to R300 for a few roses,roses arrived, tiny dead roses, looking more like Pot Pouri, instead of the roses I ordered. My friend took the roses nonetheless, however its extremely embarrassing to give someone dead, discolored roses for their Birthday!! I call in, to complain, no one can assist me apparently. The person who I dealt with, told me to send an email to the specified email address, I have now sent two mails with my complaint- NO REPLY Where the hell am I suppose to lay a complaint if NO ONE can assist me in the first place????
