Unhappy

I placed an order for delivery on 28 July 2023 to my sister for her birthday. Netflorist did not deliver, when I called them today then only was I told that the driver did not make it on time. Not only did Netflorist not deliver but they did not inform me until I called them. I am very disappointed.
