Unhappy and Disappointed in the service. Not value for money

Never in all my previous orders from Netflorist have I been so disappointed!

Ordered on 31-Oct for delivery today 21-Nov, 3 weeks in advance to ensure no problems. Then this morning only flowers get delivered (old roses), without the personalized bottle wine, without ANY card, nothing. Also please help me understand why the flowers do not look even close to that of the picture on the website?
