Unfavorable Service

I write with complete regret, dissatisfaction and disappointment in regards to my order of flowers today. I ordered a vase of 24 cream roses with hypericum and a congratulations balloon, Item number-*** and *** for my aunt who just graduated with her MBA. Some thing that was meant to be pleasant turned out rather dismal. The poor appearance is vastly different from what appeared on the website, clearly what you see advertised is far from what you receive. This is highly misleading as I expected much more and especially a batch of good quality flowers, considering paying the ridiculous price. Why offer a service that boasts on excellence when you far from that! The flowers looked unappealing and was of poor quality. I expected much more but you have proven to under deliver. It's a pity I'm in Durban and my aunt is in Gauteng, if I was closer I would of used a local florist which I'm sure would of exceeded my expectations. The picture my aunt sent is nothing like what was advertised on the website. After this experience I have no desire to use such a service in the future and I don't recommend Netflorist either.
