Underhanded behavior - Netflorist

This business does not allow you to unsubscribe from their numerous emails. I have tried reaching out through all available channels. I get responses saying you have been removed and ticket closed but the very next day (every day!) I get more emails from them. I never signed up for their communication and I find it a poor reflection on the business and management ethics that they do not allow you to successfully unsubscribe. I don’t even want to know what their service is like!
