Undependable

I ordered something from Netflorist on 25 Aug with an indication that it will be delivered to Middelburg (Eastern Cape) on 27 August. When nothing was delivered, I phoned and was told that it had gone to Middelburg Mpumalanga. How unprofessional. So the delivery will be late. <br> Netflorist makes many promises on their ads and on their website - but they cannot get the basics right ... like delivering something on the day of someone's birthday. A day late is not good enough. <br> Disappointed. And I did not even get an apology from the guy that took my query.
