Unapologetic customer service agent

I order a gift for my partner which is Red roses a Sally Williams combo. Gift got delivered today and guess what there was no Sally Williams. I call netflorist to enquire about my order Zandile told me the drive will attempt to deliver today tomorrow with no emphty whatsoever. Zandile proceeded to say "as I was saying" without uttering one word of opology, I asked Zandile to put me through to her supervisor. Zandile had the nerve to put me onhlod for over 25 minutes (I had to recharge my airtime whilst waiting for Zandile) guess what Zandile did on the 26th minute? You guessed right she hangup on me.
