Unacceptable service!

I ordered 2 personalized items from Netflorist. Naming on BOTH products were incorrect.. The personalized card has a random name on it... How do you guys do quality checks?? I had to deliver these products to one of our bosses tomorrow and now it's my head on a spike!! This is unacceptable!!
