Unacceptable Service

I have had the worse experience with Netflorist over the past couple of months. No timeouts notification or at least a courtesy call on delayed orders and when I did receive such call, it was after the fact. They have messed up 3 of my orders, all of which were placed way in advance. The pathetic service received is unacceptable for a trusted company like this. Their customer service needs a serious review.
