UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

I am extremely disappointed in their services. The flowers that were delivered for the 1st order I placed were nothing at all like what I ordered. I understand it is about what is available, in season, etc but the arrangements were worlds apart. If I had known that that was what was going to be delivered, I wouldnt have placed the order.<br> For my second order, it is now 3 days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered and Im still waiting. At first, absolutely no explanation was given as to why no delivery had taken place. When I contacted the call centre, I was told that someone would get back to me once they could find out what was going on. Im still waiting for that lady to get back to me. After having to contact them again, after still nothing had been done, I had to get angry and only then would someone do something. As of yet, the flowers have still not been delivered but I have been assured that it will happen today. So, we wait and see.<br> <br> But I feel that for a company that is supposed to be internationally acclaimed, etc. I think your service is utterly appalling and disgraceful. I will definately NOT be making use of your services and will NOT recommend you to anyone!!!
