Unacceptable service

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** px;">I placed an order with Netflorist on the 8th May 2017. I am very unhappy with what was delivered. It was not what was ordered and according to the personal at the PMB branch "it was what was left". In addition half of the gift was not delivered. This is totally unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered were ones I did not order, and on top of that they were dying and wilted. They were pathetic. This is the second time that my order has not been what I have paid for. I am beyond disappointed. I have emailed them to find out what happened and they have not responded. </span></p>
