unacceptable service

i previously delivered flowers to my wife and added on other goodies for her which i wanted to work had in hand but only the flowers were delivered. i had to call the next day and the lady said sorry this was an error and we will load a free delivery on your next purchase. So even though i was wronged by Netflorist i said i will give them a chance and use them again for my ANNIVERSARY, firstly they loaded no free delivery on my account and then they deliver the wrong printed card i requested for. WHAT IS IT THAT YOU CAN GET RIGHT??????? i will never use you guys again because your agreement is never honored. you have wronged me 1 too many times, next time i send flowers you might send grass
