Unacceptable NetFlorist Service

After years and years of using NetFlorist I am extremely dissapointed. I spent R1000.00 on a bouquet of roses to be delivered on behalf of my father to my mother for her Birthday. The order was not delivered and is canceled without informing me, or refunding my money.

I had to phone in and query it to find out the order is cancelled. I am still waiting for my money. But the true fact is that the problem is not having the flowers delivered, now my mother is under the impression my father did not remember her birthday.

This is not the quality of service I expect from a company that markets them as the leaders in the industry!

CONPLETELY INACCEPTABLE!!!
