Unacceptable

Ordered Mother's Day gift on Thursday and on Mother's day morning Netflorist promised to deliver on the day. Nothing happened though I send message and email to follow up. No response was received. Monday afternoon I called in and been told that the item will only be delivered on Tuesday. What kind of service is ?
