Unable to unsubscribe from NetFlorist- not for lack of trying!

Even one star is one too many! I've been trying for weeks now to unsubscribe from NetFlorist - even 3 times in one day. This is akin to harrassment! I do not want your discount offers, your information or your pathetic service, "Ryan" big-shot-from-NetFlorist. I only want my info removed from your database!
