Unable to read printed name on gown

Ordered gown with printed name on back for my husbands' birthday. Very bad quality. Undecipherable name printing done. Most certainly NOT worth the money spent. Would expect Netflorist to have experienced artists/printers to realise the colour combo and font does not work. After contacting Netflorist to complain they informed me this is how it's done. Listen to your customers and improve your service.
