If I could give it a no star I would!! I ordered a birthday gift for a loved one on the 20th of March 2024 and got notification that this gift will be delivered on the 22nd of March 2024 only to call after the 22nd of March to ask why this was not delivered and was send from pillar to post and was told this would be delivered on Monday the 25th of March which was not fulfilled I called to follow up on this as to why this order was not delivered then one of the agents had the nerve to call me and lie to me and said my birthday gift was delivered which was all lies this is very *****ulent for net-florist to allow agents to call customers claiming orders have been delivered while they haven’t!!! As I am writing this review the birthday gift has still not been delivered!!! I want my money back but that is also an issue to refund customers!!! Stop calling customers and lying that orders have been delivered while they haven’t!!
