Ugly Product (Nappy Cake)

It is not the first time i have been disappointed in something I have ordered for delivery and they person receiving has received a rather embarressing bouquet (like 6 roses instead of 12) Foilage not fresh, etc So thought ordering the old fashioned nappy cake would be easy .......... ordered grey with elephant on top and a babygro and bib = R599 Received the board that was supposed to be grey = PINK Ribbon supposed to be white = BEIGE Elephant on top is a fuzzy grey flat pancake as the cellophane too short so had to compress top of the cake (which is the whole big deal) I now have to redo the whole thing = all i can say is thank goodness it was not delivered to the Hospital ? Pink and Beige ? Never again will i use Netflorist and not sure they even care x Karen x
