****ty service and untruthful delivery time

Till today my husbands gift has not arrived. U am the only one doing the follow up and they keep saying we will get back to you they are not truthful in their delivery time the service is really ****ty and they never pitch up and the only compensation is sorry we will refund you in a few days. I am so angry right now. I will never use their services again
