Totally unreliable

I live overseas so I rely a lot on online deliveries, especially flowers and gifts for friends and loved ones. In 2018 I ordered my Dad the Large Chocolate filled Hatbox with 12 Nestle chocolates inside. Well! The 84 year old man got a TEDDY and 2 Cadburys chocolates! I sent numerous emails to "***" and got absolutely no reply. I refused to use them for a long time, until now. My sister-in-law lost her Mom during Covid lockdown and I sent flowers in Sympathy and even paid R39.95 for a Floral Sympathy card - and what did she get? - a THANK YOU card with my sympathy message inside! If that had been my business and I had no stock, I would've gone out and bought a sympathy card to use! I am utterly disgusted with this service and lack of empathy! And I will spread the word, like the Virus, that Netflorist is sickening!
