Totally dissatisfied

I placed a mothers day order to be delivered <br> <br> The order cost me R 469.90 - <br> <br> I ordered the Temptation (NetSP077)<br> <br> This is NOT what my mother received ???? She received a stupid bouquet of flowers<br> <br> She is 70 years old and has no transport or access to a shop<br> <br> There was a REASON I wanted the potplant, nuts and chocolates delivered to her !!<br> <br> I am totally dissatisfied with the pathetic service.<br> <br> <br> This is the second time within a month they have messed up my orders !
