Totally Disg=usted at the service!!!

I am totally unhappy and disgusted with the service and what has happened with this order, <br> As you would know by reading the note in the card that it was my grandparents 59th anniversary.<br> We lost my grandad to cancer in May this year and it has been a really hard time for my granny, I placed the order and payment was made, I was told that the flowers would be delivered before 4pm when I called in, <br> Time went by and it didn't arrive, I then called in at 5pm to say my granny is waiting and she needs to go to the doctor, the lady said the driver will be there by 6pm latest 6:30pm, I then gave my aunts address which is two street away from my granny.The flowers arrive at 7:30pm broken, the guy came there saying the other gifts fell on the flowers, after the whole day of calling and following up, to get that result is unacceptable.<br> The flowers was delivered the next day, which looked nothing like the picture, they were ugly.The whole point of the flowers was my grandad always till last year bought my granny flowers for their anniversary, how could you give such bad service, I will think twice in using your service again.
