Total misleading in their advertising

I called in this morning spoke to Charles regarding my unhappy order. The flowers received was different from image on website, they are way to small cant even see the two roses. So he Advised to send him photos and he will check with quality team. He called me back to advised me to look at two pictures attached that he sent they look same no difference he can see they will be no exchange. (i have attached the pictures he said looked the same , the one on right on website the one on left recived) I dont understand if they have eye sight problem or what but the pictures totally look different. I cant believe this is the customer services a person receives were the customer is wrong. This is my first time ordering i dont think ill ever order again if i can receive this terribe service .I am very unhappy.
