TOTAL INCOMPETANCY

I have a placed an order a personalized floral Le Creuset Mug and a message label. I was not told that there is no stock until I made to follow up on the gift that was supposed to be delivered today. I asked them for my money back because I need to buy the gift today and deliver it today. I was told that I will only get my money back after 3 working. This is serious inconvenience and no one wants to take accountability for this. THEY ARE SERIOUSLY ***********.
