Total Embarrassment

I received an email that stated that the "Gift Flower/Fruit basket" that I sent was delivered on August 17th and that the recipient signed for it. The recipient let me know that she only received this delivery today 08/25/2022. The fruit was NOT in a basket, but rotten and in cellophane paper and the flowers were wilted and some dying. That was a total embarrassment to me and I kept having to apologize profusely to the recipient for the poor quality of products that were sent.
