Total disaster

<p>Last Thursday night I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to Kya-Sands by 12pm on Friday 5th August. Failing that I said please could they deliver by 15h00 because that was when the company was closing. I called Netflorist at 14h30 on Friday and they said that the order hadn't left the hub yet so I explained that the office was closing at 15h00. The lady I spoke to said I shouldn't worry, she would cancel the order and send a new order on Monday. The order was then delivered at 17.08 on Friday to the wrong company and was signed for by Thuthi who isn't even known by the company I sent the flowers to. So, having wanted flowers delivered as condolences due to a death, nothing has been done. Netflorist have such amazing/catchy advertising and yet it is all a ****.</p>
