Total birthday disaster

Total disaster! Ordered a gift for my mother's birthday a week in advance and paid via PayPal. This order is mysteriously lost (and not showing on my profile, but the money shows as paid) and of course it was not delivered. Major panic on my part on the day after said birthday I placed another order for same day delivery (better a day late, right). Day four or so now, and I'm still waiting for that to be delivered. Apparently something I selected was out of stock. I've responded with the alternative TWICE now and it still has not been delivered. So furious. Prior to this the service has been good and on time, but to stuff up twice for the same birthday and unforgivable. I won't be back.
