Took my cash and delivered nothing “ORDER LOST”

Netflorist took my cash and and delivered nothing. I was left embarrassed on Valentine’s Day only to call my partner in the afternoon to find out that she hadn’t received a thing… I called them and they informed me that I hadn’t placed an order with them only for the lady to later pick it up as my frustrations escalated. HER RESPONSE… “ I found your order under our LOST ORDERS sir “ I mean what is that… The same person then confirmed that I would receive a refund which to date I am still waiting for. I’ve sent various emails as well as communicate with them on their text platform but nothing gets done… No one calls. These guys literally stole my money, didn’t deliver and worst of all, left me embarrassed on such a day as Valentine’s Day. I also purchased a R200 voucher which I used on that purchase which they also ****** me of.
