Took Money, No Delivery, No proof of communication

I ordered flowers for my Mother to be delivered on the same day, no flowers were received.

The system took the money from the credit card, but there is no record of the order on the system.

Customer service "escalates" matter twice, I received no proof of this.

Currently out of country communication via phone is difficult, email feedback from this company is non-existent.
