TIRED ROSES MXM

I am so upset with these guys. I received my gift and realized that the roses looked tired and old. I reported it immediately. Till now I'm still trying to get it resolved. I called them, sent them emails with pictures as they asked spoke to someone on Fb and finally got to a conclusion to have the stuff collected and fully refund me. Driver has not arrived yet and no one has reached out. 1st time ever receiving such ugly roses from them and I always get gifts from them because I always refer and recommend them. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL... ZENOBIA NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AND I SENT HER A FEW PICTURES.
