Time to stop pay high prices for bad service with Netflorist.

I am extremely disappointed with Netflorist's service. Despite paying a premium for their products, they missed the delivery date without any communication or updates. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that charges such high prices. In today's market, there is no reason to tolerate such poor service. We will be taking our business elsewhere
