****tiest service ever

<p>Just recieved the most terrible service ever from the Netflorist. </p> <p>I got my fiancée flowers from the Netflorist app for same day delivery on the 24th of January. It is now the 25th and no delivery has been done. </p> <p>I've called them twice and they keep telling me it's out for delivery. They had a breakdown with one of their trucks yesterday. Nobody cared to give me an updated I had to call them from my own pocket. Twice today. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 16:00 and flowers haven't been delivered. </p> <p>These roses needed to be delivered yesterday because of very special reason.</p> <p>i am really disappointed with the service that I received from the netflorist team. </p> <p>Really pathetic service. </p> <p>My order number is ********** 99</p>
