the worst service i have ever received. I placed an order on the 2nd of October for a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd. The driver only goes to the person at 19:30 that evening with his little kid in the car... and, only delivers two of three items i had ordered. i have been calling and emailing since then to get an answer. They finally respond 2 weeks later, after i spend almost an hour on the phone speaking to 5 different people, they offer to deliver the gift next week. which is a balloon that says happy birthday., and then offer to reimburse me with R40
