Netflorist used to be a good online shop. Now their website is a mess and ordering is a nightmare. You spend quite a bit of time selecting a gift only to find it is not available in your area and you have to select another item. They actually once delivered a birthday gift to a friend a month to early! No apology received from them to date - they didn't even comprehend what they had done wrong when I complained.
