<p>I placed an order this morning to be delivered to a friend celebrating her birthday. After finding out that she is leaving the office at 12:00 I contacted NetFlorist in order to see if it is possible to speed up the order.</p> <p>She told me to hang on, made a few calls and came back saying that she had to pull a few strings but they will probably be able to deliver it with the first batch.</p> <p>She still needs to confirm, and no matter the feedback I still feel like she went out of her way to assist me.</p> <p>Thank you for your real service with a smile Thokozani!
