This is unacceptable

I bought a fathers day gift for my husband from our kids and they delivered half of what I ordered. when I called them Yesterday they said they will deliver the bag yesterday which they did not. I left work early to receive the gift, just to find out that they will be delivering today. This is unacceptable. if you place an order why deliver an item short and especially on such an important day.
