This is not what I ordered

For our Anniversary I ordered my husband a biltong cake from NETFLORIST. When I clicked on the picture for the standard biltong cake and liked what I saw I did look any further at the other options that were offered. The picture showed an amazing 2 layered display of drywors and biltong with 2 beers at the very top of the "cake". This was sure to give him a giggle when he recieved it at work infront of his colleagues.

Unfortunately what arrived was nothing like what the picture showed. The biltong and drywors came in several individual boxes that were tied together in a single layer with a bow, all wrapped with cellophane and a balloon in the center... essentially a packet of biltong with a balloon... not terrible but not what I ordered and definitely did not get the response I was hoping for.

When I emailed to complain I was simply brushed off saying that there was an option for with beer and I ordered the standard one. Um.... but when I clicked on the standard button it showed beer and a biltong cake, this is not what I received! Again I was brushed off saying that they cant send out open biltong. Ok, but the whole thing was also in cellophane so it would not be open? And beers? If you cant send out open biltong then change your picture!! No response......

So almost a week after my last email and no reply it seems NETFLORIST has no interest in resolving the issue.

If I wanted a packet of biltong and a balloon I could have got it for a quarter of the price. This is false advertising and even worse bad customer service!!
