THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING ...AND THERE IS NO WAYS THAT ILL EVER REFER SOMEONE TO YOU OR EVEN USE YOU AGAIN
<p>On the 15 Feb 2017 I order Mixed Roses in a Glass Vase the picture stipulated that they deliver countywide. I placed and paid for the order, only to receive a mail stating that they don’t send flowers to Petrusville. I just don’t understand why they advertise that they deliver countywide when they obviously don’t.</p> <p>Why do they even have the area on the drop down menu if they don’t send flowers there. Rather create two separate fields one for parcels and for flowers</p> <p> What upset me the most was this was done on one of my reps behalf, after assuring him everything was on track, I had to let him know it was not going to happen. This was a big disappointment seeing he was away on business and this on his wife’s birthday</p> <p> The other problems came in when we asked for proof of the refund, they are quick to take your money, but Oh boy when you want a refund that is another story.</p> <p> I have dealt with several different people namely ***** whom has made promises that never metalized. Today is the 28th Feb and I have only now received the letter stating that the refund was done, may I just add I was supposed to receive this the 20th Feb another one of ***** promises. She does not reply to mail neither does she return calls , a message was left by **** on Friday 17/02/2017 and up until today **** has not called back.</p> <p>I also spoke with ** ** yesterday whom was extremely helpful, she advised me to use another e-mail address, and what do you know, when I checked, my e-mails this morning there was the promised proof of refund. I just don’t understand why one has to go the such extreme before you get any joy out of people. I will never refer anyone or ever use NETFlorist again</p> <p> </p>
