Thievery At Its Best

<p>I ordered stuff to be delivered to my wifes office, some on the 13th and others on the 14th, till this day that i am writing this two items havent been delivered but someway somehow it says signed for by my wife and her collegues and non of them have recieved anything, what annoys me most is that they charged delivery for each and every item that was ordered although they were all going to the same address.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called to report the ********** activities on the 17th of febuary and was told by a gentleman by name Lerato that it was an error and that it was goting to be delivered, so i cancelled the order and asked for my money back, i was promised a refund for 5 delivery charges and the two items on monday which was yesterday and when i called to follow up today tuesday i was met by a hostile lady by name beverly (or somethig that sounds similar) after putting me on wait for what seemed like ages she said they were only going to start investigating now, so after failing to deliver and wasting my time they choose to waste it some more.. ITS A PROPER SHAME, THIEVING *******S!!!</p>
