I have placed a order with NetFlorist in the beginning of June 2018 to be delivered for Fathers day on the 15th. The delivered only half of the present for which I paid!!! The bottle of wine was not included. I then phoned the call centre who promised that the wine will be delivered that same day. Two weeks has passed and no wine was delivered. There call centre lines are unavailable much the same as their service! Netflorist you are a disgrace! This was the second parcel that I have send through you and both where incorrect. I want the bottle of wine THAT I PAID FOR delivered or my money bac****
